Überspannung
"Überspannung" (overvoltage) occurs when the electrical voltage exceeds the permissible tolerance range of its nominal voltage. It can lead to malfunctions or failures, especially if it damages or destroys parts of the system.
The band Überspannung was founded in 2019 in a small, picturesque village nestled between mountains. The six musicians, all originating from this remote place, came together to live out their passion for German rock, metal and NDH. In the beginning, the band focused on playing cover songs, which allowed them to make a name for themselves at their first live shows in front of local audiences and to refine their skills as musicians. Their own productions are a distinctive mix of hard guitar riffs, harmonic vocals, and energetic sounds.
09.08.2025 🗲 At the concert “Long River Rock Revolution”, Überspannung set new standards: a brand-new show, fresh songs, and an electrifying energy. The charged atmosphere let the sound penetrate to the bones – the audience was overwhelmed. An unforgettable, breathtaking experience!
04.07.2025 🗲 We proudly present our album “Es braucht mehr” – a compilation of the musical works we have created so far. With powerful songs, dark sounds, and gentle melodies, this album brings together a diverse and moving collection of tracks.
21.02.2025 🗲 Our journey has been loud, intense, and full of energy – and now the moment we’ve all been waiting for has arrived: our first album is about to be released. The studio recordings are finished, the final touches are underway, and soon you’ll be able to experience pure Überspannung!
25.10.2024 🗲 The amplifiers are humming, the drums are shaking – the time has come. After years in dark rehearsal rooms, the band finally enters a professional studio to record their own compositions. Every chord, every beat is played with all the energy that has built up over time. The dream becomes sound.
